Shipping Policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Italy within 1-2 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the courier used:

ITALY
Express Shipping: delivery within 24 working hours via SDA (Poste Italiane).
Standard Shipping: estimated delivery between 2 and 7 working days , depending on location and the presence of public holidays.
• Possibility of collection at Poste Italiane and InPost points.

EUROPE

Shipments made via UPS, BRT, DHL, Mondial Relay or InPost, depending on the destination country.
• Estimated delivery between 4 and 9 working days , excluding holidays.
• Times may vary depending on location and local courier logistics.

REST OF THE WORLD (e.g. USA, Canada, etc.)

International shipments are handled by Poste Italiane , and entrusted to the national courier of the destination country.
• Estimated delivery between 11 and 25 working days, variable based on distance and customs clearance times.
• Possible delays are related to customs checks or local logistical unforeseen events.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST, BLOCKED OR UNDELIVERED?

All orders are shipped with tracking . Once the package leaves our office and is entrusted to the courier, you will receive a tracking code to monitor its status.

From that moment, the responsibility for the shipment passes to the courier (SDA, UPS, BRT, DHL, Poste Italiane, Mondial Relay, InPost).
We cannot be held responsible for any delays, customs holds, failed deliveries or losses caused by couriers or customs authorities.

In case of problems, we will still do our best to assist you in contacting the courier and reporting any anomalies, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of the shipment once the package has been entrusted to the transport service.

LEGAL REFERENCES

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights , once the goods are entrusted to the courier for delivery, responsibility for delays or losses passes to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed.
We recommend that you carefully monitor the tracking and contact us if necessary, so that we can assist you promptly.
