Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments or cash on delivery.
Q. HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?
When you purchase online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your information is then encrypted using SSL and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
Q. HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, including after you have received an order confirmation or your credit card has been authorized. If your credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your original method of payment.
Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a $0.5 cancellation fee regardless of the time the order was placed (even if it is only one second later) as the merchant/credit card processor charges us a cancellation fee.
Please note that any orders already packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Delivery times depend on the shipping option you choose. Once your order ships, we will email you tracking information the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
Q. CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES IN A SINGLE ORDER?
Promotional and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless otherwise specified.
